The Ogden Valley is in a beautiful scenic area of Northern Utah. This rural area has many advantages for the serious investor and for people looking for relocating to a recreational area. This area has 3 ski resorts including Snowbasin (the site of the 2002 Olympic Downhill and Super G).   There is beautiful Pineview Lake that provides water skiing , fishing, and sailing. A lot of streams are nearby for fly fishing and kayaking. There are several golf courses, horse back riding, hiking and bike trails for your enjoyment. Eden Park is becoming famous for the Harvest Moon Balloon Festival every August.  Eden is 15 minutes from Ogden and 45 minutes from Salt Lake City and SLC International Airport.
